Experience full contact fighting and mixed martial arts, including two title fights, with Cage Fury on Friday, June 30 in the Adrian Phillips Ballroom. The first fight begins at 8 p.m. The event is presented by Amflex Productions.
Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino presents the popular California-based band Sugar Ray in Boardwalk Hall's Adrian Phillips Ballroom at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2006. Concert-goers will enjoy the band's signature mix of pop, punk, hip-hop, reggae, New Wave, and good old-fashioned rock 'n' roll elements.

City Events The whole family can enjoy fireworks this Independence Day holiday weekend. The celebration begins on Friday, June 30 at approximately 9:15 p.m., when the Atlantic City Special Improvement District and Main Street Atlantic City throw the third annual Atlantic City July 4th Fireworks Celebration at Gardner's Basin. The event is sponsored by the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority, Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa, Bally's Atlantic City, Caesars Atlantic City, Harrah's Atlantic City, Showboat - The Mardi Gras Casino, AtlantiCare, the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority, CB Architects, Atlantic City Check Cashing, Flagship Resorts, Chris Ferry Insurance Company and the City of Atlantic City. In case of rain, the event will take place the following day on July 1, 2006. Historic Gardner's Basin is located off New Hampshire Avenue and the bay.
The surf's up as the Atlantic City Surf take on the Bridgeport Bluefish on Friday, June 30; Saturday, July 1 and Sunday, July 2 in Bernie Robbins Stadium on Albany Avenue. For those who enjoy a little fireworks with their baseball games, on Monday, July 3 and Tuesday, July 4, an all-American 4th of July celebration takes place after the surf play the Camden Riversharks. All games begin at 6:35 p.m. except Sunday's, which begins at 6:05 p.m.
