Black is the New Black. Just like the AC/DC song says, this fall is time to get Back in Black. The classic color returns as this season's new fall hue. However, this fall, black will not stand alone, it will go hand in hand with bold colors that go perfectly with what's already in your closet.
Although it seems that this fall's overall tone is dark and somber, your wardrobe doesn't have to be. Accompany your blacks with interesting details like a lacey ruffle blouse, a cropped jacket with blinding buttons or choose a bag that makes a statement, gowith cherry red and carry it proudly!

What's a new season without a showing a little leg? Well this fall you're in luck. Leggings are back, and they're best donned in classic black. Luckily not all leggings are created equal. You can build your own wardrobe from knee-length, which is best paired with a top that ends around mid-thigh; mid-calf length, this length works with just about any hemline from minis to knee length dresses or ankle length that can be worn anyway you please. I've fallen for the perfect bag this season. It's big, it's soft, it's ruched, and the hardware takes over. It's better than any hobo bags of season's past. The bigger and brighter, the better.

Put your best foot forward this season, but make sure you're wearing what's "in". This season kicks off with boots. Name your length; ankle, mid-calf or knee. Tuck in your jeans or leave 'em hanging, either way you're still a fashion diva.
Platforms used to be cool when they were just black but today there's a sea of choices. Choose your favorite - whether it be patent leather, reptile prints or simple quilted suede pumps that are anything but simple. Strap it up at the ankle with a basic ankle strap or be more severe and go for the t-strap. You can also keep it simple by just slipping it on.
 Pumps are sexy and boots are just plain ol' hot, but nothing beats a great pair of flats. Yes, that's right, I said flats! If you don't believe me, just try them on with a pair of skinny jeans, cigarette pants or a pencil skirt and see for yourself! Be confident in what you wear. Keep it simple, clean and chic.
