Matt Ryan boasts an extensive list of accomplishments and credentials, including his remarkable portrayal of “The Boss.” Matt has been touring with Legends for more than eight years, which allowed him to establish the smash tribute band “Bruce in the USA.” Bruce Springsteen’s Emmy Award winning lighting director, Greg Maltby, said “If Matt Ryan and his band took the stage at a Springsteen concert…few people would be able to tell the difference.”
Cookie Watkins, who portrays Tina Turner, started her career on the Duke Ellington show at the age of 14. Known as the little girl with a big woman’s voice, she was also mentioned in his book “Music is My Mistress.” Cookie studied opera and classical music before her “out-of-the-box” hit “Can’t Judge a Book by Its Cover,” landed her in the forefront of the dance movement. Cookie also performed on Broadway in the musicals “Guys and Dolls,” “Sweet Charity” and “Hair.”
The Temptations are portrayed by The Nate Evans Group. Nate Evans, former lead singer of the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame inductees The Impressions, was selected by original Temptations lead singers Eddie Kendrick, David Ruffin and Dennis Edwards to lead the group. Most recently, he performed “Silent Night” in the award winning film, “Dream Girls.”
A
lifelong Frank Sinatra fan, Brian Duprey discovered jazz and
swing music while attending Fairfield University. Brian has been
featured on television shows such as Dick Clark Productions,
“Your Big Break,” “The Dennis Bono Show,” and “Entertainment Las
Vegas Style.”
Mark Allan Maynard, who portrays Frankie Valli, recorded a mid-western
regional hit record with the band “The Federal Reserve” and has
also toured coast to coast with the six-piece show band “Friends
of the Family,” performing in major venues. A personal visit
with Frankie Valli and his “dead on” voice helped Mark propel
his career as a Frankie Valli tribute artist.
