What do like most about Atlantic City?
Is the best place to be right now. I love being a part of an up and
coming hotel like The Borgata and a city like AC.
Describe your perfect day in Atlantic City
Getting up in the morning and going to the beach with my family, then
going to work in the hottest, sexiest restaurant in the city.
What originally brought you to AC?
The opportunity to work with Victor Tiffany and manage the hottest
restaurant AC has ever seen.
Where do you see the city in 10 years?
Atlantic City is well on is way to becoming a bigger destination with
great restaurants, hot nightclubs, bigger event venues and upscale shopping.
In simple words; Bigger. Better. Bolder.
What is your part in getting there?
By creating and delivering memories that will indulge visitors again and
again.
Tell us about your favorite AC memory.
I'll give you two; the Borgata's opening day July 3, 2003 and celebrating
Cinco de Mayo with Sammy Hagar in Gypsy Bar.
What's your favorite website?
I often find my self surfing in http://www.borgatastyle.com/ at all the
fun I've had for the past 2 years.
Do you play in the casinos? If so, what's your game and where do you
play?
I visit the Caribbean poker tables from time to time.
You've got two hours to kill on the boardwalk, what do you do?
I would grab a bite in P.F. Chang's or just hag out in the Foundation
Room depending on my mood.
Why should I go to Mixx?
Let's start with the food. The flavors are excellently prepared by chef
Mike Williams and chef Conroy Arnold. A few of my favorites are Macho Steak
Chips, Black Cod, Baby Back Ribs, Rice Krispies Sea Bass, Caramel Flan and
the Orgaxmixx just to name a few. You will be greeted and served by some of
the most talented staff in the city. Just when you think your evening is
going to end, the nightclub will take you on a journey of it's own.
Is there something that I will only find there and not other AC hot
spots?
You will find the biggest and freshest sushi bar in town, experience a
posh, upscale and fun dinning experience to be followed by the most up-beat
and sexiest performers that transform this fine dinning restaurant into a
slamming nightclub.

Hotel: The Borgata. The rooms and spa are second to none.
Bar: Ombra It's relaxed elegant and secluded.

the cool and edgy atmosphere.
What's your favorite thing to do in AC outside the casinos?
Lazy days on the beach with my family.
What's the wildest thing you've ever seen in Atlantic City?
It's got to be the pimp and ho Halloween party in Mixx last year. I've
never seen so many beautiful people in one place at one time.
