Resorts has remained on the radar for dedicated gamblers due to the casino's aggressive comp and rewards system, which is the most generous in Atlantic City. For the first time in many years Resorts is actually becoming a spot on Atlantic City social map due to Boogie Nights, a 70's and 80's theme night that takes place on weekend nights. It's one of the few places that the 30+ crowd can go dance and be amongst their peers. If you're in that age group and single, this is going to be one of the best pick-up spots in the city.

One of the other main attributes of Resorts Atlantic City is the food. It has two nationally-recognized restaurants in Capriccio and Gallagher's Steakhouse, both being among the best in the city for their food types. Capriccio is a Zagat award-winning Italian restaurant and Gallagher's is one of the best two or three steakhouses in the city....in a city that has steakhouses in every casino as well as four or five notable steakhouses outside the casinos.  Other eateries inside resorts include Asian Spice, Breadsticks Cafe & Grill, The Buffet and the Gallagher's Burger Bar.

A major renovation in 2004 expanded Resorts' gaming hall to 100,000 square feet of light, bright and airy casino space, with 200 art-deco style chandeliers and neon lighting fixtures showcasing more than 2,500 of the newest slots in denominations from a penny to $100.

Table game options are far from lacking as well with Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Mini-Baccarat, Craps, Pai Gow, Pai Gow Tiles and Caribbean Stud Poker in addition to specialty games such as Double Attack Blackjack, Two-Card Joker Poker, Single Deck Blackjack and, of course, Texas Hold 'Em Poker, with tournaments regularly held in the Poker Room.

The Superstar Theater is aptly named with past performers such as Engelbert Humperdinck and Whoopi Goldberg, but headline entertainment is an area in which Resorts is really kicking up the volume. They kicked off 2005 with a terrific Snoop Dogg show that the city is still talking about. So you should definitely keep an eye on Resorts' entertainment calendar.

The new Rendezvous tower delivers oversized standard rooms (ranging from 512 to 576 square feet) with opulent marble bathrooms to match. Each of the 42 Rendezvous suites feature more than 1,000 sophisticated square feet and boast Jacuzzi tubs in every bathroom. And guests staying in the Ocean Tower will enjoy the fantastic views of sun, sea and boards.

Resorts' Health Club & Spa showcases an ingenious indoor-outdoor pool with even more breathtaking Atlantic Ocean views and hosts a bevy of spa services such as massage, saunas and steams in addition to a good, old fashioned work-out in the health club.
