Bobby Flay Steak
EDITORIAL REVIEW
The famous grilling icon and owner/chef of such places as Mesa Grill, Bolo, and Bar Americain in New York City and a second Mesa Grill in Las Vegas has brought an upscale and local-themed menu to Atlantic City as part of the Borgata's recent expansion. Heavy emphasis where applicable on Jersey produce (notably our outstanding corn and tomatoes) and a signature Philly cheesesteak combined with a downright swanky interior by noted designer David Rockwell results in a true food experience. Reviews were initially weak but have since rebounded nicely. Bobby Flay isn't just a steakhouse: there's a Lobster Bar and it's also the only true casino Southwestern restaurant in town. Be prepared to spend some cash, it's on the expensive side.

Serious Steak and Seafood Joint 10.0 Stars
I eat at Bobby Flay in AC for the second time this past December and I must say that I had a great time with great food again!! I am a big eater and have tried most of there appetizers as well as two of there steaks and some lobster. These people know how to cook!!! It's no wonder to me how this guy has a TV shows about him. I will not go to another place for Steak in AC now. It's a no brainer now. The Borgata is the best casino in AC and Bobby Flay is the best Steak Joint in AC.

Unbelievable Food 10.0 Stars
I went with co-workers and while we waited we had appetizers that were out of this world good. Once we got our table we all got something different and shared. Everything was absolutely incredible. The lamb chops, veal, everything we had been something out of a fantasy novel. It looked the part too when it came out. I will go back as soon as possible. I now have a new found respect for the genius that is Bobby Flay.

never got to eat 1.0 Stars
Made reservations 3 weeks prior, arrived at restaurant and was immediately seated at a bench table, you know the ones like McDonalds where you can't even have a private conversation. When my husband requested a separate table they told us we had to wait, we said fine. Then they said it would be a very long wait. It was a slow night with scads of empty tables and they just would not accomodate us. We went to the Homestead without reservations and they had no problem accommodating us. I will not go back but i will visit the Homestead again
