Located on the second floor of the Quarter, Brulee: The Dessert Experience is one of the first dessert-only restaurants in the US. Part restaurant, part theater, Brulee puts the talent of Chef Jemal Edwards center stage as he creates beautiful and delicious creations right before your eyes. Watch him fashion beautiful sculptures out of edible components in the demonstration kitchen or follow the action on the plasma screens suspended overhead. The centerpiece of the restaurant's design is the 12 foot-long, 8-foot wide, 5-foot tall chrome orb inspired by Anish Kapoor's Cloud Gate sculpture in Chicago. The interior is chic enough to make a smooth transition into the swanky 32-degree LUXE Lounge after 11pm. To accompany your dinner/dessert, Brulee has a wide selection of rare cognacs, after dinner cordials, champagnes and premium coffee and tea service.
