EDITORIAL REVIEW
Because this gem is in a casino (Resorts) it sometimes gets overlooked by the masses. The masses are wrong to do so, as Capriccio is Zagat-rated at numbers that approach those of Chef Vola. The menu is diverse, highlighting both Northern and Southern Italy, along with a touch of Mediterranean influence. The dining room is decorated in yellow and cream and known almost as much for its Venetian murals as it is the food quality. Capriccio is easily in the top two or three of casino Italians, which is practically a given when you consider who the Executive Chef's boss is: local guy and recent Food Network addition Robert Irvine.
