Corky's Bar-b-q

Memphis's most famous food can be found in Tropicana's Marketplace section, right next door to Hooters. Everything on the chain's menu that can be considered Southern definitely has that down-home Southern feel. Menu staples such as the rib racks and pulled pork certainly live up to their Tennessee pedigree, but here's a hint: if it's not BBQ you seek, don't worry. The burgers, salads, and the turkey club sandwich are all solid choices. The service is hit or miss at Corky's, but if you're in the mood for ribs and b-b-q in AC, this is the joint.
