Located on the second floor, Empress Garden is a full-service Chinese restaurant serving traditional Asian cuisine as well as a few unique delicacies, complete with an enticing noodle bar. Open 5pm-10pm Monday and Thursday; Friday & Sunday to 11pm; and Saturday until Midnight. Noodle bar open daily 11:30am to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and until 2am Friday and Saturday.
