Evo

Evo is a chic and casual eatery on the Boardwalk level of Trump Plaza. An open kitchen gives a view of busy chefs preparing everything on their Italian bistro menu. The pace of the meal is definitely quick and the staff is sometimes one step quicker, but there is definitely fun and good food to be had in this restaurant that has an open 80-seat Boardwalk patio section. Evo is also known for their specialty cocktails and large by-the-glass wine list. Small changes to the menu are made seasonally.
