The House of Blues is not only known for great music, it's known for some outrageously tasty Southern-inspired cuisine. If you're looking for fried chicken and jambalaya, look no further - the House will be your home.
There are basically three opportunities to sample some of the HOB's cuisine. The first is at the HOB restaurant located on the first floor. The restaurant opens daily at 11:30 am and serves satisfying New Orleans-style dishes in a casual and artistic atmosphere. Colorful murals and friendly servers re-enforce the homey feel of comfort food such as slow smoked baby back ribs, skillet-baked rosemary cornbread and HOB's world-famous white chocolate-banana bread pudding with Jack Daniels Crème Anglaise, whipped cream and a caramel halo. Hallelujah!!
If you'd like a bit of soul with your food, check out the Sunday Gospel brunch. Every Sunday there are two seatings (10am & 1pm) where you get to have an all you can eat brunch accompanied by a rousing gospel act. Tickets are $33 and are well worth it.
The final dining room in the HOB is located in the members-only Foundation Room. The four-star restaurant has André Jacquet as the Executive Chef, a man that has apprenticed with such notables as Jean-Louis Palladin and Emeril Lagasse.
