The overall cuisine at Trump Plaza's steakhouse is a very straightforward surf and turf menu, but it's the outstanding preparation that makes Max's worthy of consideration. Lobsters are also available up to 5 pounds. Max's is located on the 6th floor of Trump Plaza.
