Morton's The Steakhouse

One of the best steakhouse chains in America has its Atlantic City outpost inside of Caesars Atlantic City (in the main building, not the Pier) and beefaholics everywhere flock to Morton's for its huge USDA Prime hand-cut portions of Midwestern grain-fed moo cow. The sides and desserts are also spectacular, led by their legendary hot chocolate cake, which sits in the oven so long that you have to order it with dinner. Bar 12-21 (named for the first restaurant's opening date) also serves the full menu along with a late afternoon bar bites menu. Not to be missed are their baby prime cheeseburgers.
