According to the Borgata's website, Old Homestead specializes in the four major food groups: beef, beef, beef, and beef. They're apparently not joking, either: try staring down a 20-ounce veal chop, a 36-ounce ribeye, or a 22-ounce Kansas City Strip. Brothers Greg and Marc Sherry own Old Homestead, and their family has been in the business for 137 years. Old Homestead is open 7 days a week for dinner from 5pm, and closing times vary.
