Ombra

Ombra describes itself as "an inviting trattoria and wine bar" styled in the ambiance of a winemaker's cellar. This high-end Italian in the Borgata definitely has the goods. Signature entrees include a standing baby back rib roast stuffed with sage and garlic sausage. Cooking stints in Venice, Rome, Sicily and Tuscany have all contributed to Chef Luke's extraordinary culinary pedigree, and he's here to stay in Atlantic City with Ombra and its neighbor, Specchio. Ombra is closed Mondays and Tuesdays and serves dinner from 5pm all other days of the week. Bar also opens at 5pm.
