Phillips Seafood

The launch of the Phillips Seafood brand in Atlantic City is a first for the company. Phillips has been well-known as the premiere brand name in Maryland style crab cakes and regional dishes and they have now expanded their appeal and revamped their image from one of a traditional Chesapeake crab house to that of a classic American experience. Longtime favorites like Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes sewed over saltines remain on the Phillips menu along with a Clam Bake for Two and the traditional Seafood Platter. The food combines comfort and sophistication. The emphasis of the menu is on roasted entrees, as roasting brings out the simplicity and quality of seafood. The menu is seasonal, changes weekly, and has a large emphasis on freshness and simplicity. Not to be missed: the double-deck live lobster tank stocked with a range of 3 to 10-pound lobsters.
