Czars. Bolsheviks. Perestroika. Glastnost. Red Square will transport you through centuries of Russian history, aided by amazing decor, delicious caviar, and more than 100 premium vodkas, which can be served at 30 degrees below zero in a large, walk-in freezer. No need to worry about the cold-guests can borrow a sable coat just for the freezer trip. They aren't too happy when you run out of the restaurant with the jacket screaming, "Do svidaniya! Do svidaniya!!". Red Square, famed restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow's vodka and caviar bar and restaurant, will recreate centuries of Russian history, from the Czars and Bolsheviks, to Communists, Perestroika and beyond, at The Quarter. The awe-inspiring 150-seat bar, lounge and restaurant will be filled with hand-crafted Soviet-styled sculptures depicting revolutionaries and other Russian icons, a six-foot custom blown glass chandelier, deep red leather banquettes and private dining nooks. Two ice pillars mark the entrance to the dining room and separate the bar area from the rest of the restaurant.
