Trump Plaza's donation to the casino Italian scene is tucked away in a corner of the 6th floor of that building, and offers a mix of both Northern and Southern regional dishes. House specialties include pan-seared salmon with crab imperial, garlic, and a grape tomato caper white wine sauce, and the cold water lobster tail, which can be prepared Fra Diavolo, Scampi, Oreganata or Broiled. Reservations recommended both for dinner and Sunday Brunch.
