Souzai

Souzai is in The Pier Shops at Caesars on the 3rd floor, directly across from Phillips Seafood. Given the size of the other restaurants compared to the smallish Souzai, you would almost walk right by it if not for its closeness to the front bank of escalators. Souzai serves everything from their take on a traditional California roll to the kind of sushi and sashimi that brings weird looks to novices' faces as the more seasoned among us calmly chow down. Souzai also serves yakitori (grilled skewers, a la kebabs) and tempura options. Souzai is open daily from 11:30 am to 11:30 pm.
