Specchio, which translates to "mirror" in Italian, conveys Chef Palladino's reflections and interpretations of Italy. It is the result of his extensive travel and cooking experiences throughout the country. The food at Specchio can best be described as "composed regional Italian cuisine" that reflects the influences, preparations and flavors from all the regions of Italy. Chef Palladino further describes it at "refined, rustic cookery." It is the pairing of Italian traditions and classic cooking techniques using local products flavored by his interpretations. The end result is an elevated dining experience with only the finest food, wine and service in true Italian style.

Overpriced |
| The food was good and the service excellent but way overpriced. Try Ombra which is run by the same chef, has a better atmosphere if you ask for a table in the back room and is about half the price. |

Service |
| Service & staff were great.
Too bad they don't enforce
the dress code.
I don't care how much jeans cost, they're still jeans. |

Skimpy |
| Good chef, but beware, our dinners were skimpy. If you have a big appetite, don't eat here, and it's expensive. Better choice is Ombra in the same Borgota hotel, less expensive, more food. |
