Steak 38 & Mickey's Raw Bar
EDITORIAL REVIEW
Steak 38 and Mickey's Raw Bar are located at 3700 Brigantine Blvd. in Brigantine, about 15 minutes from the casinos. Both are open seven days a week year round. Hours: Steak 38 is open for dinner only from 4pm until late night. Steak 38's Early Bird specials run Sun.-Fri. from 4-6pm and Saturday from 4-5:30pm. There is live easy listening music every night in the lounge. Mickey's Raw Bar serves food from 11am-1am and the bar stays open later. Steak 38 is without question a steakhouse, with a menu featuring New York strip, center cut filet, porterhouse, and a hefty 24 ounce rib eye. Steak is the star at Steak 38, but fresh seafood ably plays the co-star. Among the seafood entrées are grilled swordfish, planked salmon, fresh flounder, and fresh whole lobsters plucked live from a large tank in the lobby. Mickey's Raw Bar (co-located in the lower level of the building) is a very casual, nautically themed sports bar that stays open until the wee hours. The kitchen starts at 11am for lunch, and dishes out everything from hamburgers with anything on them to hot lobster salad.
