The Cafeteria
EDITORIAL REVIEW
Borgata has the standard idea of the food court and given it the Borgata treatment. The Cafeteria is an area on the first floor near the new poker room that is home to seven separate and distinct takeout or common area sit-down options that range from super-piggy (Ben & Jerry's) to life-altering (Tony Luke's) to good for you (Lettuce Head). Lettuce Head is a fresh made-to-order salad bar and Tony Luke's is the world-famous Philly cheesesteak joint also known for its location in Citizens Bank Park, home of the Phillies. Ben & Jerry's: need we say more? Also included in the Cafeteria are: Villa Pizza - everything from slices to strombolis and entrees. Panda Express - fresh wok creations: some traditional, and some, well, not so much. Fatburger - large portions of ground cow, covered in toppings of your choice, made fresh on demand. Last but not least, there is Hibachi-San: quick but fresh Japanese with all on-site preparation. The Cafeteria is a great spot to stop in before a concert or show and grab something informal, quick, and really good. We hear that Mr. CityAtlantic is quite the Tony Luke's fan, and if he goes, you know it's good stuff.
