The Oaks

The Oaks is Hilton's steakhouse, and it is very well-done in the mold of a traditional New York steakhouse with deep hickory woodwork, a wall of beveled glass, and accents of brass. The room is equally suited to a romantic date atmosphere as it is to an upscale business dinner vibe. Not to be overlooked is The Oaks Bar, right next door. In addition to the standard concept of martinis and mixed drinks, the Oaks Bar has added the burger bar - everything from buffalo to veggie; decide the contents, roll, sides, and toppings, whatever else. Trust us; the idea of a burger bar is the next big thing. Oaks and Oaks Bar are both open for dinner Wednesday to Sunday, 5pm-midnight.
