Wolfgang Puck American Grille

The layout at Wolfgang Puck's American Grille (built during the first phase of Borgata's recent expansion) has three distinct dining areas. The casual front section offers a tavern menu, seating for 100 and an exhibition kitchen. The middle and more formal dining room accommodates 100 people. A private party room in the back is available for approximately 50, and next to the giant kitchen is a long chef's table for 10 to 12. Coated Chinese leaves adorn the front ceiling, and most tables are semi-private glass booths with large hanging lampshades. Everything served at Wolfgang Puck's American Grille is homemade. Chocolate and fresh fruits are well used in the desserts. Puck's famous pizzas, Austrian spicy goulash, duck bratwurst, pans roasted chicken with a potato puree, and Wiener schnitzel (in a nod to Wolfgang's Austrian heritage) all appear on the menu. The famed Oscar after-party chef has brought his talents to AC. We say you should go.
