Black has released three comedy albums, each offering his opinionated views on a variety of social and political issues. On Black's most recent release, Rules of Enragement, he offers his thoughts on homeland security, the war in Iraq, smallpox, greed, international travel, and health clubs. Prior to Rules, Black recorded The End of the Universe, which offers his thoughts on everything from the 2001 Super Bowl halftime show to environmental terrorism to airport security.
Lewis Black, an accomplished actor, playwright, and stand-up comic, is also a weekly commentator on Comedy Central's The Daily Show. Black appears regularly Late Night with Conan O'Brien, and he had guest-starred on Homicide, Law and Order and Mad About You. Black has also appeared in numerous motion pictures, including Hannah and Her Sisters, Jacob's Ladder, The Hard Way, and The Night We Never Met. He has also written more than 40 plays that have been produced in theaters across the country, and he is a graduate of the prestigious Yale School of Drama.
