Singing and writing music since the late eighties, Ethridge rose to fame with tunes like "I'm the Only One," "Your Little Secret," and "I Want to Come Over." In 2004 the musician was diagnosed with breast cancer, and was forced to take an indefinite hiatus. After undergoing surgery and completing chemotherapy treatment for the disease, Ethridge made her first return to the stage at last year's Grammy Awards in a tribute to Janis Joplin.
Now the cancer survivor is heading out on the road behind her 'best of' album Greatest Hits: The Road Less Traveled, which was released in October.
