The Carisbrooke Inn B & B is the closest bed & breakfast to Atlantic City. Its location is only a half block from the boardwalk and beach, but that's not even close to the only thing the Inn has to offer. Owned and run by innkeeper John Battista, the Inn believes in "European Hospitality" and that will be apparent from the minute you step through the door. Your stay begins with a personal greeting by John or a staff member, who will then be more than happy to take care of your bags. Just wait until that night, when you are treated to homemade food and drinks, such as John's original wine, bruschetta, and gelato on the seasonal ocean view deck. Back in your room you'll find a flat panel HD TV, air conditioning, luxury beds, ceiling fan and clock radio, which will all help you feel right at home...or even better. The Carisbrooke Inn extends it's hospitality by offering free parking, free beach tags, free wireless internet access, and open selection to it's DVD library. Check in is between 3:30 and 7pm. But before you check out at noon, be sure to relax in front of the beautiful front parlor room fireplace, and enjoy some of the Inn's famous multi-course homemade breakfast. As you can tell, we don't mean "European Hospitality" as a euphemism for cramped quarters and shared bathrooms. You'll have a spacious room with a private bathroom and will really be made to feel welcome. For those that enjoy the B&B atmosphere, you won't do better.
