EDITORIAL REVIEW
Bar 12-21 is an elegant bar located inside the Morton's Steakhouse at Caesars. The name is derived from the opening night of the first Morton's location in Chicago on December 21, 1978. The specialties of the house are the 'Mortinis'- over 50 varieties of Martinis and the spectacular 'Bar Bite' appetizers that can be had for only $4 or $5 from 5:00 -- 6:30 p.m. and 9:30 -- 11:00p.m.
