EDITORIAL REVIEW
The Atlantic City incarnation of this chain of Irish pubs (seven to date) specializes in buying remnants of authentic Irish pubs and getting them over here to ye olde United States for reconstruction. Even the bric-a-brac in the windows came from across the pond.
The two massive plasma screens over the bar and the correctly ethnic menu (the burgers use Irish rasher bacon, not American) are a great place to watch everything from a televised St. Patty's parade to any major sporting event.
The patrons tend to be young, novice drinkers who are eager to learn. On
weekends, even during the winter, the lines to get inside can get out of
control. Since it's in the Tropicana's Quarter, if you give up on the line you
can go to other bars or the Providence dance club, but those willing to wait out
the lines will be rewarded with more lines to get beer. No, seriously, it gets
PACKED in there. However, if you want to be elbow to elbow with some hotties in
their mid/late 20's, then Erin Go Bragh.
