EDITORIAL REVIEW
The Irish pub theme has taken off in Atlantic City over the last few years with the Trinity Pub and Carvery as the latest addition. While distinctly Irish on the inside (two bars, a fireplace, and everything from the floorboards to the ceiling tiles imported from the Emerald Isle) the menu is more nouveau than true Irish. It can be called pub food, but that would be doing it a disservice because Trinity is head and shoulders above common pub food. Hand-carved meats from the on-site rotisserie fill the sandwiches, and at what other pub would you find garlic sausage with relish and mustard that is to die for?
True fans of Irish food (all three of you) won't be disappointed either. Sheppard's Pie is huge and delicious. We're not sure of its origins, but the Trinity's curry fries are the best thing to go with beer since the invention of the mug.
